First a phone interview will be held following a second interview in person. We like to learn about each individual, as each talents are different. Placing you in the correct crew is the key. For example: if you have never snow plowed most likely you will not be placed with the snow crew.

Once apart of Mike Osbourn Lawn Care, Inc. you are then treated as family. We have a low tolerance for tardiness. Must be on time, our customers expect us there and depend on us to get the job done right in a timely manor.
